Rough idle and long start problem

Little more info I got from my solus today
At idle 680rpms
Exhaust back pressure 17psi
Ebp 1.20v
Epc 8.9v
Fuel PW 2.79ms
IAT 2.75v
IAT 79°f
ICP .9v
Injector control pressure 480-590psi
Inj pres reg 9%

At 1500 rpm
ICP 1.2v
IPR 13%

At 2000rpm
ICP 1.64
IPR 19%

Sounds like a loose wire, or bad connection. I'd look into that ebp, 17 psi at idle doesn't seem right.

Do you notice a change in the idle after warm up?
Does it start better after it has warmed up once each day?

Also, what does it default to when plugged? I know they do it because mine was plugged and there was a consrant reading. I wanna say it was stuck on 18.

I don't think there is a default it goes to if it is plugged up with soot. It would just read how much pressure the soot build up is putting on the diaphragm I am assuming. It would make sense if it just always stayed at 18psi when plugged because no air pressure is reaching the diaphragm to move it.
