Dereks truck was fighting RP issues all day. It should of been faster.

I dont think so. We took it out for a shake down run Friday before the sand drags with out any issues. It ran fine the whole time.

So why the rail issue at the drags if there isnt something going on with pumps or fuel system.

I don't think he was having rail issues. I'm pretty sure it was in his shifts. I told him to launch in second in his last pass and he ran his best time.

If you watch the last vid when he raced the yellow truck you can see the smoke quit half track. The truck was shutting down and throwing a wrench light. The codes Derek pulled were low rail pressure.
