Shift on the fly tuner for 6.0????

On an 03/04 6.0 it takes ~5 minutes to change tunes, on an 05-07, it's ~2 minutes. Is that time really worth destroying your trans???

I had no idea the 03-04s loaded tunes slower. Do you know why?

I feel like it takes longer than 2 min…but I won't be changing my tune anytime soon, 60% of the time, it runs perfect every time.

Tons of different variables there, different turbo, different FICM tuning etc...

I know, but that was actually pretty popular belief that the 03's were in fact faster. The hot ticket back in the day was 190's with a stock 03 turbo LOL

Still was I think my favorite setup I ever had, tsd tunes, 190/75s and an 03 turbo un studded... ran its balls off. :shocked:

Was a little hot though wasn't it greg? I think I'm going to run 175/75s and send my 03 turbo to barder for a billet 63.5 comp wheel. I seen vids of your truck with that stock 03 turbo. Impressive for sure.

When was there a 9 blade turbine? The 03's were 10 blade, and they only went up from there.

Idk I've heard both. Okay so 10 blade. The 03s seem a little laggier but pull a little harder up top. Maybe just tuning idk. I guess they're slow either way :banghead:
