Single Turbo for Project NoSlow6.0

Ok guys I'm thinking I might just try to go with one single instead of twins on my build due to some issues that are currently going on in my life. Again Elite Stage 2 Fuel (Tons) and Elite 295 Conventionals (Big). When it comes to turbo's and sizing and all the different combinations I just seem to get a bad headache :doh:. So what you guys think. Trucks is gonna be a street/strip truck no pulling and not very far trips but I do want to have some decent spooling characteristics and minimal spray if possible. Just would like to be able to drive it to work and back and get out on the 4 lane and not watch my egt's start climbing into the melt down zone. Please be as specific as possible cause like I said I'm a dummy on this subject. Let's hear it.

S475/83/.90 with a small gate. Use a 0.025 nos jet to spool it. You'll spool that in 5secs that way.

Shawn, how would the truck benefit from say a .10 AR and how much would that affect spool.

At 70mph you'll drive. Around with no boost. But iff u really wanted you could drive it around. It would make boost drive. From street lite to grocery store. But its gonna be laggy. If your setting up a competition druck but wanted to drive it once annd a while. It'll work. But you won't tow with it LOL

Actually you could. Just get the tuner to turn off ovver drive, so at. 70 mph you'll be in direct gear and reving at like 26-2700 rpm. Turboo would be in its sweet spot then lol

The bigger you. Go on the ar, the less likely you are to have to gate it. I hate gates, BD and another company offer a T4 diverter valve. If you want to street drive it. Put aa diverter valve. In and not let it open till 20psi, it would have good street manors then

I've known about using nos to spool for a long time now but how do you actually do it. Just hook it up to an intermediate switch like for purging and just pop it a few short bursts till it gets to spinning?

Ok what would you go with to make it a little more streetable and just spray it a little more at the track also so I wouldn't have to spray it to spool it. Of course the only thing I plan on towing are 2 15lb bottles. Lol

Martin you could probably have quite a bit of fuel pulled and run an S366 or S472.

Spooling with now is. Easy. Get a 0.025 jet. Get a bottom to presss. That. Start spooling, then just press it and hold it. And it'll spsool right up

Good deal yea I got a Suncoast converter and its all ready been loosened up some because I couldn't get my existing turbo to spool.
