Single turbo instal question/review/thoughts

My stack is obnoxious with the single

I couldnt imagine mine being a stack. Mine is 4in dp, to 5in exhaust to 8in tip dumped about a foot off the ground. Gotta drive it more to see how it sounds, cause this was at 11pm in my neighborhood LOL




they get quite a bit more obnoxious with a non vgt.

Yes, its a completely different sound.

Just wait to first wot run and tell me about that sound lol. You will understand why I'm running delete pipe and stock tail pipe with muffler.

Just took it out again, couldn't resist.

Running Gearhead race setup for the stockers. Should get a revised tune by Monday.

Once 4th locked I got on it, and damn it pulled hard as hell! Roads are a little wet and at 50 it broke loose.

Max 43psi and Max egt 1295 but those number will probably change with tunes.

Also it'll probably change with tunes, but normal accel it doesn't go over 3 psi and the egts do climb, kinda like driving with the Vgt unplugged.

Feels like it's hard to get to 10psi but once it does it's lit and gone

Sound about the same as mine. Hard to get to 10. I find it easier to drive on the hd300 file low boost set on 5. Seems like it stays spooled 1-2 more psi cruising vs gearhead tuning. Smoky mofo though.

Fyi, if you have an interior that isn't black, make sure you keep the back window closed! My headliner is FUBAR-D! Ughh
