Was some silly tsb a long while back for a resonance from the turbo area. I would just leave it off.

Yes it was a TSB for a resonance that later switch to replacing the whole pedestal because they would get weak and allow the turbo to vibrate causing a resonance in the exhaust. I'd put it back on ! Because a come back for a resonance after the repair doesn't look good, but that's up to you bro.

So thats what is the cause of the annoying vibration noise i hear at 1500 rpm. I thoght maybe the down pipe was rubbing slightly on something.

Is it anything to worry about or no big deal?

Maybe ! What year is your truck ? I would check for loose or missing turbo bolts. 04.5-05 6.0s have more of a problem with it because of the pedestal design. When Ford switch the location of the rear bolt from horizontal to vertical it weakened to pedestal design. Here is a pic of an 04.5 on the left and a 06 on the right.

05.5-07 where still covered in the TSB I believe, just bc resonance could still happen even in the later pedestal. Ford sales a updated pedestal. Noise is the only thing to worry about on this.
