awesome that's what I wanted to know! thanks man. do you have both companies' tunes for the streetmax? and do you prefer one over the other? I know $p@rt@n's seem to consistently cost more than PPEI, GDP or SPE on the EZ Lynk platform

Interesting.... I've been quite happy with GH tunes on the stock turbo truck. We will see how these are tomorrow when the truck is done. Definitely not my intercooler elbow though. I have also never had a truck with a "big" turbo like this. I came from a 6.4 so I am used to zero lag.

And of course videos will be coming! You didn't think I'd leave you hanging did you?

EDIT: Let me know the result of tightening your clamps.

No change, clamps were tight. I am going to schedule time at TSD for test and tune on their dyno to get something other than tunes emailed back and forth. I'll let you know how it goes!

Damn, mine changed quite a bit I have a lot more response. They are sending me revised GH tunes for my Mini Max soon though. They say they can get it to spool quicker.

I will say the H&S GH tune file spools earlier than the SCT version of GH but the fueling and timing on the SCT was better. It was scary fast with SCT version for a truck this big. I'm not unhappy with the tune, just think it could be a little better. I get 36lbs on stock fuel and now that the lift is off and I'm stock again the shifts are a little better and should be solid once I get my traction bars on. Main thing I want is better correlation between the trans file and the engine file, I think it could be a little better and I'll spend the same $ at the dyno shop as I will for a new tune by email. I have a heavy truck, long bed, 4x4, and heavy Ranch Hand bumpers so I'm not looking for a 12 second truck but would be nice to sneak by a pony car or two once in a while.

Just be careful you don't ask for more than the rods will take.

If'n I remember right this is what got the early blown motors. Making too much power too soon with the tune. Either do rods or let it spool before you built too much power.

Really didnt put much effort into these, one of them I f'ed up the launch, but i included it because you can hear the cold side pipe blow off at the end. Got that bitch tightened down and all is good.

Scared me though, I thought it was my elbow blowing up.

EDIT: Let me know if the vids don't work IDK how to do vids on this site yet.
EDIT2: Please keep in mind this is on 3.31s, 37s, 6" lift, Bullet Proof bumpers, and a full Titan tank.
