It still has stock rods. Would like to keep them in the block. At least for now. I have thought about it more than once.

ICP voltage?

Read from where? I am reading pressure from obd port. Wont go above 1450 or so. Ive heard this is cauused by the tuning. The way it pulls and smokes there is no way its only 1450. I plan to piggyback a pressure gauge off of the icp sensor.

the lower than icp the more it will smoke, it wont atomize as well. Need to read voltage at the icp sensor. Whose tuning?

Get a look at ICP voltage. No need to get a gauge. If you can read psi on whatever unit you are using, most likely you can read voltage.
