ok so its fixed now. i put the smoke machine on it had a bad hub seal. Also the vacuum pump was bad, so that made it always stuck in defrost. Ford was smart about that one so since its always in defrost window will deice and not fog up

Just gonna throw this out there. On the passenger side above The intake is the heater control valve. It runs online the heater hose. It runs along side the alternator to the firewall to the heatercore. Right behind the oil fill neck. There is a vacuum line that hooks up to the HCV, it's known to fall off. Hopefully this helps.

Thanks PSE. I did check that vacuum line. I'm just gonna rock the defrost only mod until I lift the cab this summer. I'll need the AC then, not so much right now.
