What do you guys think about 3/4'' pipe for the loop around the lights on the roof?


Im planing on having a loop but it will be bent back on the ends so the last 2 lights on each side are set back a little and follow the curve of the cab. Im also going to have some 5/8s round bar that will be bend so it sticks out a little to protect the lights more in between each light.

I think we used 1" on the last light bar we made but 3/4" would work if that is what you have. Don't exactly want the hoop to look tiny compared to the lights and the truck.

Agreed, larger OD, maybe just use a thinner wall so it doesn't weigh a ton.

No, that truck is gone now. All the new lights on the jeeps or buggies have LED bars. I can probably find you some pics though if you'd like.

so I guess The order for my other 2 lights got lost..... sooo they wont be here for a few days.

ordered one of these. its suppose to bolt on the back of the stock bumper but Im going to use it in place of the rear bumper and cut the bed sides like we talked about earlier.
