Pretty damn far. You definitely won't be able to out drive the lightbar on the roof. It definitely sucks when it happens though, haha.

But I'm fabricating the light cage bar thing as we speak! Should have something to show this evening.

Oh, haha. The ones I've seen work pretty damn good. If one or two 50" on the roof can keep up with a class one or trophy truck then they're going to be good enough. Nobody goes as fast in the desert as they do. For one reason or another a lot have switched over yo LEDs too.

Got it about half way done. still going to bend some solid rod and put it in between each light and make the bracket to mount the entire thing. Over all im very pleased.

They're HID's, it's not that bad.

No theses are just the halogens. I didnt wanna swing the extra money for HIDs no more than they would really be used

i should have some pics of a single row 40" LED bar coming to be from Glamis tonight, i will post them up when i get them so you can see how they look in the desert. it's on a buggy FYI.

light bar is almost finished. Still have to make the bars in between the lights and a brace in the rear for stability.
