So I wanted to use a hitch to mount the rear bumper light cage but I'm not sure how it looks. Is there a reciver hitch that goes out the license plate location for roll pans?

There is a street scene hitch. The weight rating is super low though.

I don't think it would take much effort to either modify that one or fab on up that came out the license plate location.

I wish I had my CNC plasma table here and set up for this. It would make it so nice! I thought about modifying the current one only thing is I'm. Going to have to over build it so I know it won't crack
