Believe it or not it fit before but just barely. When I built the shop I thought 24' was plenty wide enough. WRONG! My next shop will be 40x60.

Fuel is done up top.

Engine ready to go in. We had to do this twice. The motor mounts are completely different.

Everything is bolted up, clearance everywhere. So far as I can tell it doesn't make a difference. I even kept the OBS fan, never seen 1 break. The coolant temp sensor had to be changed as well as the HPO sensor at the back of the res. Motor mounts and pads had to be changed as well as the drivers exh mani. There's an extra coolant temp sensor on the OBS 7.3 that didn't get reused. it sits to the passenger side of the water pump. It threw at 1st me but the consensus was that it was un needed.

The fuel lines are 5/16" back here and I bought 3/8" so 1 more stop at NAPA tomorrow and it should be done. The pump was moved back to the next triangular hole pattern. The mounting bracket is welded on as high as I could get it right above the trans cross member.

Dam.... seams like a cps epidemic. I know of quite a few cps's that have chit the bed lately. 4 of them being in my dually.

Got most of it put back together only to find the lower radiator tank is cracked.
Got tge new fender on.

After filling and draining the cooling system 5 times for...
New radiator
New filler neck gasket then again for filler neck
New heater core

Apparently the block wasn't the only thing that froze.
