My pan showed up today My it weighs in heavy at 12lbs
I will weigh the stocker when I pull it off

also it has a magnetic drain plug but nothing like the pan magnet on the stocker

I didn't read the directions yet but I recal the magnet from the stocker being removable and if so it's going to Migrate

Fwiw I put a deep pan in my 6.4 and was running 185-190 put the deep pan and it did not get over 160. Now its a little higher because I am running whatever synthetic trans fluid brian uses in his trans

If u guys get this pan and are not reusing the old oil

you need 15 quarts to refill .. 14 put me at the cold mark when it was hot so I needed to open the 15th to top off

I drained about 8 from the stocker so it's is about 7 1/2 more quarts

I have noticed no cooler temps ,, but I never had a chance to compare towing or hills

so I imagine normal operating temps weren't going to be less simply because the cooler bypass opens at 170* so my avg temp of 175 wasn't going to be affected by this pan

i was able to transfer the big magnet out of the OEM pan but I had to shave some off one side of it to get it in past the tubes

Installer tip ,, just like the stock pan .. loosely install a couple of bolts to hold the pan
up

then do the ones near the cross member that are a biotch to reach
otherwise you likely be removing some to get the pan to wiggle enough to get those in
