You're selling the fuel lab kits with the dodge pumps that are set at 18psi, wouldn't that be to much then? Just curious since over 10 will push fuel past the seal. I know you run unregulated returns so does that compensate for the 18lbs feed pressure.

Thought I woiuld add a final conclusion....my truck is running great now....only problem is I got 3 bad "new" HPFPs before I finally got one that worked...and to try to make sure this wasn't an issue with one distributor, 2 of the pumps can from different distributors and different locations within the US....I think its pretty safe to say they are not testing these pumps before they ship 'em.

FoMoCo has roughly zero ****s to give about the 6.4 now that most of them are out of warranty... they want you to step into the light and buy a truck with their in-house engine :D

I can't do it..... but I'm waiting for the day someone says they have 20 brand new Siemens pumps in original box from back in 09 that they'll sell for 1000 each and they go in 30 min or something. Lol

On a side note when did contential take over I have one in my truck and was wondering if it's any good. I know it makes instant pressure at start up, but is there anyway to test to see how much life a pump has or what shape it's in. Can someone test for that.

Continental bought Siemens in 2007, I don't think the pump re manufacturing plant changed, just the name.
In 2008/09 Schaeffler AG had controlling interest in Continental.
All 3 are German companies.
