I was under the impression they didn't have a flow bench but were in the process of getting one. Not sure if they have someone close by that possibly flows stuff or what, but I believe I heard there was not a bench in their personal shop.
Have had great luck with Warrens product here, installed plenty of 155/stock nozzle. Damn near every 6.0 through the shop gets a set.
You don't belong building 6.0 injectors if you don't have a flow bench or access to one period!

We do our best.
There is a shop out west farther we have sold 50+ sets to and only ever had 1-2 injectors fail and they were from defective o-rings.
Got to keep in mind when building 6.0l injectors from used cores there will always be a failure rate. We try to keep it low and keep quick convenient service to all customers.
All problems we have seen are spool valve related.
We've offered to flow every set Jess builds for him at an extremely low rate. Should help him narrow down warranty claims.
Sent from somewhere away from my desk using magic.

Stand up move, Jared. Kudos
I dunno about all that.... I've heard some stories of bigger injectors not being balanced or flowed before leaving your hands and being off substantially. Puts the customer in a pretty bad spot, IMO whether you make it right or not. As far as cores go, does the customer automatically get their injectors built on cores or do they get to decide? I know the 7.3 injector guys used to leave the customer the choice of having injectors built off either new/reman alliants or set of cores to save money. If thats the case, then its really hard to put fault on warren for that, IMO. Either way, I hope you guys get it worked out
just got off the phone with Jess @warren Diesel
here is the low down i am sending him the injectors out of our truck which were bought brand new from ford about 20000 miles ago. he is going to build those to 205/100's at no extra charge and flow them. i am keeping the 190/75s until i recieve the 205's in from jesse so the truck is not sitting there with out injectors.
Jesse i really appreciate the call A+ customer service.
