Has swamps done 100% over 6.7s yet? Just curious, as those who have actually delved in them know there are quite a few things going on besides just honing a nozzle.

I do know that the set of 100% we just built flowed over 400+mm of fuel.

My goal is 950.. I'm doing 60%

I made 921hp on 60% so you should be right on!

I've had my 100%'s and I can tell you that 1300us is retarded much less bigger tunes.... More than enough for low to mid 4 digit capability with 100%'s.

CEA but not on the truck yet. RCD is starting on it Monday so hopefully it'll be on in the next week or 2. Anything Precision makes is amazing so I'm sure it'll do just fine. But yeah the Gen 2 is even better so I'm sure you won't be disappointed

There are no generations of 6466, they are all the same (and only available air cooled bb), and use the 66 turbine wheel. It is a great performer, and spools dead nuts identical to the 6266bb but makes about 100whp more on the dyno all in. There have been less than a few instances where I've ever had a 6766 outperform a 6466 (usually only on a car with big lungs heads/cam).

The 66 turbine wheel drops back pressure so much over the 65mm turbine wheel that we often have to add another gate to keep boost under control. Interestingly with the .81 turbine housing we have made more power than the .96 with of course quicker spool.

My bad. I Am thinking of the 6266. There's 2 of them. But I do believe they updated the 6466 by making both compressor and turbine the CEA versus just the compressor. But I could be wrong.

It's all good. The new 6266 gen 2 is good but imho offers no advantages over the 6466.

The 6466 has only ever been avail with the 66 turbine, never the less efficient in every way 65mm turbine wheel.

We've been running the new 6870 consistently at 1000whp I'd love to see one on a 6.7. It spools a little slower than a 6766, similar to a 7168.

what platform are you making 1000HP with?

Agreed. They flow over 300MM of fuel.. which has made over 900 on a 6.0 with poor atomization, and on a 6.4

People dont understand, its all about what the injector actually flows on what kind of power it can make, not how big of a nozzle you can slap on it without the injector being able to physically flow it.

So I spoke with Jared again about my build. He's convinced me that the 6870 will better suit me. I've decided to go with that and can the 6466. I've been looking at the pro mod 98 or the pro mod 102 to go with it.
