What have you done to your powerstroke today?

Gave it a much needed bath after my trip to PA this weekend. I think I hit every bug on the way up and back!

Oil change, fuel filters, vacuumed it out, readjusted the entire exhaust side trying to get rid of a leak....which I "think" I finally did. Realized I need to go in and adjust my rev limit after it hit 4000rpms before a shift.... Yikes. Big girl is loud as chit at 4000 though!

I didnt have time this weekend to post on here. But finally had time to install my leveling kit, traction bars and also the wheels and tires that I got from josh on here. Also gave it a bath after all the work.

took the fuel bowl skid plate off that i built and painted last year and repainted it.... ***in new york winter roads completely ate off the VHT with ceramic black paint i used to paint it with... horrible stuff... i see the cab is surface rusting around all the nook and crannies and edges underneath it..

Hauled 12 yards of topsoil in 3 different trips for a landscaping job, went over the scales at 12,300 empty and 21-23,400 loaded depending on how much they dumped in.

So 4 yrds of topsoil weighs 9-10k? Seems a bit heavy to me. I've hauled 6yrds of it at once and although heavy, didn't seem THAT heavy. Never been across a scale with a load though.

Ya the place i get it from measures by weight the heaviest load was a little over 4 yards could have been 4.5 yards even. the lighter 2 loads were about 3.5 maybe even 3.75 yards, the lady said it was a little under 4 yards both times and the price was within a few dollars. So they were both about the same. i can haul 6 yards at once but i would be a little over weight but it will do it no problems trailer weighs 4400-4500 empty with the sides on it.
