Bought a 2nd vehicle. 2008 F250 XL SCLB. 108k miles. Good Carfax with plenty of maintenance records. It's a stripped down work truck with bench seats, hand crank windows, etc. Has a coolant leak at the egr cooler coolant hose. Now the radiator leaks. Maybe should've babied it over bumps until I got new cab mounts on her. Oh well. Hopefully she'll stay together long enough while I work on my daily. The tires were shot. Got 2014 Lariat takeoffs cheap.

Removed headache rack and toolbox. Got some cheapo manual egay tow mirrors. Straight pipe and Mini Maxx tune.

As stated by hundreds others this site is bad for the bank account. Decided I'd give the unit and little more style and sold the takeoffs after I put some new shoes on her. I actually like the raw look of the front end. Maybe I'll just change out that yellow signal light for a clear one.

^whs Some regular headlights would look good if they were painted like the Harley lights. I think you can pick some up off eBay for cheap

I installed one of those pinion ****** kits the other night. p.o.s Dana 50's. If I had another 60 laying around I would've swapped it out but had my old 50 out of my other truck and just changed carriers. And yes it was loud when that let go.

I try and do the same thing every few days. Here in michigan they salt the hell out of the roads.

they dont salt the roads nearly as much as they do in this god for saken state im in now.

Got rid of the bench seat for some xlt chairs and folding console. The bench was getting uncomfy. Found a decent deal on local craigs.

Did bulletproof diesel 6 phase ficm set it on 53v. 80w led headlight bulbs, and Harley Davidson headlights.

Put the bar I used on my tractor behind my grill. Had to make a couple brackets and cut a couple pieces of the grill out. It's a 31" curved bar. The pods in my bumper will be coming out and I used the harness for them to run the bar. Worked out pretty well.

Robbed headlights off my kr. I actually liked the way the black grill looked. Was pretty mean. Then installed a fx4 grill. Pretty happy with the way that it looks. Need a pigtail for the headlights tho. Its not what the youtube people said how it would connect. I was a bit skeptical going into it myself. That should do it for aesthetics. Maybe remove the rear block.
