Why the change in the HPO system?

in for info on the HPO system redesign

Entry point sucks on my setup. It makes a PITA to work on, and causes the VC to not seal. Spec'ing out another HP oil pump capable of handling the injector changes. I may use the 3D printer at A&M to come up with a mounting setup as well.

i agree about the valve covers being a tight tolerance. very nice, interested to see what you come up with this time around.
Ease of adjust ability on the pump could also be re organized with a 3d model.

Ya. I am going to see if I can pick up some filament and print this, it would be pretty cool. Mounting tabs will be thicker obviously on the final product.

How will that mount? I might pressure you to share details because my pump situation right now is not working out the best lol

what injector changes?

The injectors weren't 275s. They will now be 275s, they flowed a bit under that. Nozzles are well balanced and flow > than 100% now.

Lookin good buddy. Bet your loving solid works and the resources right now.

Love it. Very greatful to be a part of the engineering programs.

Lol we'll see what happens. Depends on what it costs. That's why I want a rapid prototype first to make sure everything fits okay. I'm hoping A&Ms 3D printer is large enough.
