Ok since it's snowing I went a tried it out

If you don't turn traction off before advance track it will kick on.

If you turn off track first then advanced track it work fine, the traction light does flash but it doesn't defuel or activate the rear brakes at all.

So tap it once then hold it down for 5sec?

I thought i had tried that before and didnt work.

So just now i tried the way you said to verify and light flashed and shuts the power down, my buddy 2011 is here at the ranch and just tried in his and still doesnt stop it, shut it off...... defuels like crazy.

Wonder if its jest slick enough here or what but I held the truck sideways for 300 feet or better and it was liter driving my 6.4

Is it safe to assume it works with the gasser trucks too ? I'd spend the money for that on my work Truck.

Maybe I should just call.

Hooked mine up this weekend. After talking to Dan S from Florida Diesel I got one. 2 thumbs up from me. Easy instructions and not a bad install. No codes or check engine lights. Locks up at any speed like described. Pretty nice going down the road and leaving a big black 11 instead of just a squiggly 1 haha.

digging this back up.. still wondering how well it has been working for those who have tried it?

Had it for 2 years and zero issues. Works great and I love it for when I'm towing and have to go through a little mud. Don't even bother using 4wd most of the time haha. Just remember to make sure you turn it off after as it doesn't show on the dash if its locked on or off....

how stout is the locker in the rearend? i was told that they weren't designed for highspeed use or power...

I broke my factory locker and had the SPE diff locker. That was with S371 and modded CP4. Now I have a truetrac and can disable traction control with my Aux switch. Works nicely.
