As stated above, the VGT turbos generally will light quicker than non vgt, just a fact about it. But with the non vgt you are looking at it should light quick, and produce about the same power! Im no turbo expert, just trying to help out!

No, you shouldn't need to retorque these studs. The only studs that need to have a hot retorque are ARP 625s or something like these, but they are to be done right after the head job. It will bolt right up. On ported intake setups the balance tube is cut off. But be sure to put a piece of metal to brace the manifold before cutting, they are known to warp. But it may be easier to just port your 04 manifold. That way you don't have to worry as much! Hope this helps!

Same trans as me! Love it to death and Andy is a great guy! You will love it! As for tunes go with TSD or Gearhead. Ive had them both, and they run great! I am currently running TSD dyno tunes, and Chris said he loved the way that Andy's transmission shifts!
