    Fuelab vs ad or fass

All of our current diesel vendors will be able to get the pumps. There is a dealer locator on our website. I don't want to sound like I'm sidestepping the question, but I don't want to accidentally forget a seller that sponsors the forum nor do I want to direct you to someone that does not...

    Fuelab vs ad or fass

That's correct - Side Action is producing a kit using our pump. Our version will be available in a few weeks. We're finalizing install components now (finally...this one was a long time coming). The controller issues I mentioned were *usually* the pumps installed in a gas application. I have my...

    Fuelab vs ad or fass

I'm not here from a sales standpoint (we don't sell direct), but if you have any tech or application questions, I can certainly help. The controller problems that you might read about out of our pumps in older posts, have been addressed and the controllers have been revised. There weren't a lot...

    Best fuel filters

I'm a little late to the party, but we use Baldwin in our diesel kits (we just throw a coat of paint on them).

    Fuel pressure reading 0

For the most part, our pumps are trouble free. We did have an issue a few years ago (2012 and earlier) with fuel leaking on the control board on some pumps. It was rare, but it did happen. We've since redesigned the bulkhead and hardware. As you all well know, you get exponentially more people...

    Fuel lab pump problem

I'm guessing that you have the 41401. That is the pump that most of the 6.0 and 7.3 shops use in their kits, so I'm assuming that's what you have. 65psi is no problem for that pump. That is a pump that is usually marketed towards the EFI gas crowd, which can see 80-90psi in a boosted...

    L.P. fuel supply - Airdog2 questions

We do have switch out kits, but they were meant to cover the Cummins and Duramax. They very well may work on the Powerstroke, but we have yet to test one to be sure. At the absolute least, our kits (regular and switch out) would cover a lot of what you need, but I'm sure there would be missing...

    L.P. fuel supply - Airdog2 questions

Aside from two people that tightened the bolts down entirely too much on the two brackets that go on each side of the frame, we haven't had any problems with them. We're always up for constructive criticism though. What would you like to see changed? Using the same bracket idea, but making them...

    L.P. fuel supply - Airdog2 questions

We have just recently started working on it, so it will still be a while. We do a lot of testing before releasing anything. If we follow the same format as the other systems, the 200gph systems will use a Baldwin BF1212 filter and the 100gph systems will use a BF1282. Keep in mind I said *IF* we...

    L.P. fuel supply - Airdog2 questions

If any of you have any tech/install questions, feel free to let me know. No sales questions, please- just keep it tech/install related. We will be working on install kits for the Powerstroke in the near future. We currently only have install kits set up for the Duramax and Cummins. Currently...

Have a bad Air dog or Fass...need a pump?.....we have the solution for you!

That makes a lot more sense. I just read another thread of yours stating that. When I read this thread, I thought you were using this as a standalone pump for the entire truck. I had no idea how you were getting that kind of pressure out of that truck. Hahahaha

Have a bad Air dog or Fass...need a pump?.....we have the solution for you!

What year truck is that? I assume 2011-2013? We are still in the R&D stage for the Powerstroke- especially the newer ones. However, I thought the 24v 6.7 wanted to see 53psi-73psi. If that's the case, how are you getting that kind of pressure out of that setup?

Have a bad Air dog or Fass...need a pump?.....we have the solution for you!

The rotors/housings in those pumps were not built for that- they are just not optimized for that pressure level. An example being an old Holley blue pump. It was meant to be used for a carb, not FI. It might be able to create FI pressure, but that's not what it was meant to do. You would notice...

Have a bad Air dog or Fass...need a pump?.....we have the solution for you!

We have pumps that will do well over 50-60psi and flow much more than what 99% of the trucks out there require. Making a pump that will support that kind of pressure is no problem- high pressure is most of what we sell in the gas world. The pumps we build for the Velocity systems are meant to be...
