I have to change out the block heater, one thought I have is using the shop vac to pull vacuum on the degas at the actual moment of dropping out the old and getting the new back in the hole. The coolant is new about 300 miles ago. Open for all the suggestions I can get... Later

I found the leak, at the vacuum tank, I used a little bit of silicone. It appears that it is back to normal. I will check the the 4X4 switch tomorrow. I have ordered a Flo-Pro 4" downpipe, and will get the DPF stuff off as soon as it arrives... H&S stuff is back on then!!!

Update... I picked up the 2010 PSD F250 today from the dealership after the "bed plate" reseal. The dealership also had to replace the fuel cooler and hoses, also covered under the powertrain warranty. No deductible... They really took care of me on this... More to follow in a different thread.

That is exactly the repair, i just simplified it earlier as I couldn't remember what they had said. They think that it will take them about 4 to 5 days to get the truck back to me...
