Injector torque problem
I have a 2004. Took injectors out to sand spool valves. Came out fine. Went back in fine. Trying to torque to 28 ft lbs. Hand tightened with ratchet first. Set wrench to 28 ft lbs. Tried to torque. Before I even got too tight twisted off bit. Got another one-same thing. Tried the next injector... -
flush question
how should i flush/clean my cooling system with a blown egr and a plugged oil cooler? i plan on installing a coolant filter this time. i want to do a chemical flush. getting together everything i need to do that. i want to get it clean enough to drink (if it wasnt antifreeze, haha) im deleting... -
how likely
how likely is the white smoke coming out the exhaust and the empty degas bottle just a bad egr cooler. the valve was unplugged for a couple years then just plugged back in. no programmer just stock. -

Injector or stiction?

So I think Im having injector issues. I took my truck to OReillys to have them scan it. The cute girl comes out and hooks the reader to my truck. It turns on, trys to connect and then powers off. She says "this thing never works, we will have to get a new one" I wait about a week and go back...
