If I turn the key to the on position there is no glowplug light no fuel pump noise nothing and it won't crank. But I can hear the starter relays clicking when I try to crank it. Any ideas. Batteries are charged -Jake-

Looking to put a ladder rack on my truck I don't know if I want to weld one or buy a store bought one. I definitely want a rack that goes over the cab and it has to fit over my cap but I don't want it to be wimpy or stupid looking so I'm trying to get ideas. -Jake-
