All the problems you have sound like a ground problem. Check the grounds on the front if the block. Also check the ground strap on the back of the head and the ground straps from the frame to the body. The windows could be a broken wire inside the rubber going for the door to the cab.

Pull the rubber back that goes form the door to the cab and check all of the wires really good. Mine had a broken wire inside there and it would cause the windows to not work and the dome lights to freak out when you hit the switch.

my RR from irate is all paker pushlok hose form the tank to the valley. Its routed in the stock location. I've had no problems with it yet and its been on for about a year.

I'm gonna have a local machine shop do all the machine work and I'll put it together my self with my dad. He's a certified diesel mechanic for over 35 years. Im pretty confident with the machine shop they've been building big block drag motors for the last 40 years.

The motor was a fresh rebuild. And it is my DD but i have another truck to drive in the mean time. The next motor will be fully built rods, girdle, fire rings etc. That way when i get bored of the 250/200 down the road i can go bigger.

I did hear about the srp failures but if it was just a rumor that's the pump i was leaning towards anyway. Thanks for the input guys I just have to wait for my tax return to come back and I think I'll go with the SRP.

What's done to the truck? Sounds like it could be turbo surge also.
