I'd like to try and see if putting in the cup holders from a superduty would work. I'm in the same boat, mine falls out when I hit a bump too hard

would 37s clear on a 4 inch lift

I'll be trying it. I just ordered a 4" lift for my OBS and I plan on running 37" humvee tires with it. I got the truck with 33's at stock height and the bumper was already cut.

removing the molding is something I definitely want to do, and the wheel well trim. It would look so much better without in my opinion
