Will 2011+ factory flares fit on an 08-10?

Found a 2011 6.7 with 51,XXX miles for a good price and I'm gonna go take a look at it I think. What are things to look for and what are common issues with the 6.7

Not necessarily a flare , but on the KR's that have what looks like a piece of trim where a fender flare would go painted to match the secondary color. Is that a trim piece or is thatal actually just painted? And if it is a seperate piece from Ford, anyone have the part # off hand?
