If all works out over the next week I'll be swapping out my 13 pump for a 15 and still keep the H&S Dual Fuel pump. I'm not gaining only a few HP going over 2300us and if the 15 pump alone does 647 this should easily be able to push me across 700 wheel HP.

Testing a Customers truck with a stock 15 pump in the valley and the Duel Fuel pump and the new tunes we achieved 53lbs of boost compared to max 46 before. Now has a very snappy throttle even more than before. Truck has the same setup as mine with the 367 Turbo. Using less fuel than before truck drive totally different. More updates later today.

That turbo won't be happy for long at 50+ boost. Might try a swap to a 1.0 turbine housing or gate it

Came on quick and I was surprised to see the numbers with where we were at. I think some of that has to do with the stock cooler we are running on this truck. I will keep a close eye on it. We will know when I get mine swapped around maybe this upcoming weekend, but I cracked another fitting on the H&S Dual Fuel pump high pressure line coming back on a trip from last night so my truck is down for a couple of days.
I'll see what numbers I put up with the combo and the cooler I'm running and switch to the 1.0 housing like we talked before. Thanks for reminding me.

Motor done? I see you pulled the i/c and battery. Taking the whole front clip off for something?

Mike Custom made a rolled bead outlet on the bottom outlet of one of his Intercoolers for me to help with the problem I was having with the bottom hose. Thanks again Mike it fits perfect! Problem Solved.

no, not needed. mine held fine with 55-60 psi and a lot more cfm. his just kept blowing off for some reason, most likely pipe angle .

We got it back to get get with the No Limit Intercooler. And the new connection worked perfect just like we planned.

With the cooler in we had one more adjustment to deal with. The cooler moves the pipe 1 inch to the left and makes the hose not fit like it should.

Not a problem. Cut 1-1/8" out of the pipe and welded back together and now we have a perfect fit. I was able to make several test runs over the weekend and never had any problems with the hoses or connections coming off even at peek boost at 53lbs.

Everything has come together and I think we are finished with this setup.
Could not be happier with the results of the 367FMW. Ended up with 12.6 1/4 with 671HP in Craig's Race tune. My daily driver Tune settings are 615/627/643 HP and the mileage is not bad. I have seen over 17 @ 70mph on a trip if I drive very conservative on flat ground in FL. I tow quite a bit with a trailer that weighs more than 17,000lbs. Tows real well and is very clean.
Next step will be the 69mm Turbo if it comes out. Until then I will work on my 60ft times and tire pressures with the 420's to see if we can do better. Possible a OUO 4 link to stop the dancing at the line.

Have you had any problem with your truck defueling and coming up on the display "exhaust filter over limit, service now" AFTER delete? If so, what did you do to fix it?

I had the "exhaust filter overlimit" when I was running Gearhead tunes. I messaged them and got a revised tune and it went away.
