Check the HPOP reservoir. There is a small Allen head screw in the top. Remove it and dip it with a piece of straightened out coat hanger or a screwdriver. Oil should be within 1/2 inch of the top.

Unplug the ICP sensor and see if it starts. Check the tin nut on the IPR, make sure it is tight.

Unplugged the icp sensor and it didn't start. Did notice though on the connector there is oil on it should there be oil there?

No there shouldn't be any oil on the plug or down in the sensor but I can't say that's your issue or not..

it would typically indicate a icp going bad, but they can run a long time after you see oil before they fail. unplugging and still no start tells you that the problem is eslewhere.

So should I depressurize the fuel bowl and see if there is fuel being squirted into the bowl? Been kinda hesitant because I really don't want to tear the whole truck apart

I typically put them in neutral and pish them off a cliff when this happens.

There is current going to the other terminal when you turn the key correct?

There is ~12.6v going to both big terminals when having the key to on position

glow plugs actually hooked up correctly? uvch plugs good and tight? try a new fuel filter?

From referencing videos on YouTube the relay is hooked up correctly and I just went and bought a new filter changing it out as we speak

Replaced fuel filter. Made sure the fuel pump was working because the fuel bowl is filling up
