I have a walbro gsl392 pumping from the stock tank to a fuel cell. Then one gsl392 pumping consistently from the fuel cell to the regulator, and another 392 that will pump the same, but will be on a boost switch and will turn on at 20ish psi. No need to run both and circulate all of the fuel when its not needed, reasoning for the switch. And, if one pump ever fails, they can be easily moved around to be able to get the truck to where its going.

I like that...you have a bunch of unique features on this build and that is definitely a pretty cool one. So how do regulate how much fuel goes from the tank to the cell? by pressure, overflow, etc?

The pump is just going to run freely. The fuel cell is going to have a return hose, so if it gets full itll just return to the stock tank. The fuel cell is nice because I can utilize the 3 pumps, like I mentioned, and be able to make it home if one ever fails, and also when hard on the throttle the fuel wont slosh back in the stock tank when its low on fuel causing it to starve for fuel. Oh, and a polished stainless fuel cell just looks sick haha. Ill probably never use a "fuel cell" to its full potential, and honestly ill probably never need all of the fuel that two pumps will feed the motor at 10psi, but like you said, its different.

Just got some pictures. Polished a little by hand, the rest will be done by machine. Wrapped everything, turbo blankets match nicely, although they arent on in the pictures. Working on mounting the pressure regulators for waste gates and fuel system and routing lines.

To polish? Haha Id have to ask him. Ill probably spend a lot of time doing all of the stainless on his polishing wheel/buffer thing lol. I wish we had a polishing tub, or someone local that had one....

Some more pictures. Not much more left to button up. Fuel pressure regulators. There is the feed that will be set at 10psi. The return from that will go straight to the fuel cell. The 2nd regulator is for the returns from the fuel pumps and heads. It will be set at 2 or 3 psi. And that fuel will go through a fuel cooler on the rail. A lot of people have luck with running unregulated returns, and some run regulated. Who knows what the right answer is but who cares, they look pretty bad ass.

Also there is a heat shield he made, you can see some fuel lines wrapped in heat wrap. And where the fuel cell will live
