It's always funny how vehicles break in differently or achieve different MPGs in identical setups. I still believe that no matter how efficient manufacturing becomes, there will always be differences between a Friday engine and a Monday engine. That's the reason I've seen people post that the 15 has less lag than the 14 and some post that there's more. Neither is wrong.

Same reason my F-350 with a 5.8 can get 16 MPG doing 80 on the freeway while other people struggle to get 11 going 65 in an F150 with the same engine.

Yeah lol. That doesn't mean 4wd is necessary. Even on the slickest days I still drive my 4wd's in 2wd.

Customer just dropped his off for an ICON install. 2015 Platinum, under the hood looks virtually identical. Things only a month old, 4/14 build date.

HAHA... no no no, this guy is a REALLY good customer. We've done three of his trucks so far and he spends a lot of coin with us. I ain't messing that up.

LoL it wouldn't focus for some reason. Note 3 dick, it has a good cam. I'll get more pics of it tomorrow when I start tearing it down.

Now come on guys I pulled my 11 dually bone stock 4 different times. Worst pull was 260 feet. Best was 310 , but the winner that might was in the 330 range and entered the wrong class.

Even though the 2015 was slower at take off I'd rather take that one because some tuning is all it would take to fix that! Looks like the 2014 plateaued out.

That seems a little off. My '15 is faster that our 13. But it would get killed off the line just the same. 25hp at the crank doesn't make two truck lengths though

The 14 had a 800LB weight in the front too. I agree though a deleted 15 should be pretty potent. Did I miss a cooling update somewhere? The degauss bottle sure looks red colored.
