550/970 with 225's 100% and 64/71/70. 13.06@102 on 35's. changed my tuning only and ran 12.81@105. havent been back on the dyno too see if the numbers changed since the newer tunes yet.

This Should change drastically with twins right?

Haven't found a place to dyno yet but I run 98mph consistently in the 1/4. Hp calculator puts me at 530-545. That's with an SSX and 190/100s weighing in at 8300 lbs. Haven't done any towing

Well at least the HP is comparable to what Matt shows on his dyno result for the SRL. I would think most trucks with a stock turbo and stock injectors are going to top out at about 400Hp.

So what about guys with the PM and either 155s or 175s?? Are we talking 425HP to 475Hp??

i dont know about drastically, but should change a little i would think. im no expert with twins or anything, but maybe someone that know a little more about them will tell. i think the biggest change is the drivability, and a little added power.

I think the powermax is a waste, VGT's in my opinion hold back these trucks big time. There are trucks putting out similar numbers with 03 turbos and 190's.

190/75's have the ability to flow A LOT of fuel.. you NEED god tuning, preferably live tuning.

A 62mm non vgt should be able to support 500-550 hp no problem. Chris/strokin6L put down 505 with a 64mm, This is why I hate dynos, his truck can have the capability of laying down 12 second times and only pull 505 on the dyno

A gated 62/65/70 or a gated 62/65/80 with diverter valve will put down good power and have great spool up. This turbo will outflow a powermax all day long.

I was hoping for maybe 525hp but i knew it was at least 500. It ended up laying down 501.1 and i was happy with that. Could it have made more? Maybe, but without being live tuned...i'll never know. What limited me making more hp was fuel. My 190/75% injectors don't flow as much as you think on the top end. I had asked Eric over a year ago if there was more fuel he could give me in my tunes....and he told me everything is maxed out. I plan on pulling them out in the future and making them a touch bigger with 100% nozzles. My truck made little over 500hp and i believe that is spot on. Now it's time to put the suncoast converter in it that's been laying around and see if anything changes. Not that i think that it would, but we're just gonna try and see.

225/100 with a 64/71/.70ar 605 at 1200lbs on non loaded dyno. that was with a little spray.
Forgot to mention, i blew a hole in my boot on the first run so i was only running about 27psi of boost.

didn't see that he had edited his last post about having a rip in his intercooler boot. But i think you really need to load it to get a accurate reading. Not saying that he did, but you can go off of a spike run.

you edited you post about having a rip in your intercooler boot after i already posted. So did you spike it then if you didn't load it?

nope no spikes, let it get into full lock up in OD then rolled into it. i have the vid on my Facebook, is there anyway to post it on this thread?
