i think 663 was on erics x race and 680 was on h&s hot

You are correct there sir. We tried about 4 different tunes in the truck. Each one had their own pro's and con's between great drivability and good curve to absolutely clean and lower power along with great power with no curve. However, tunes aren't what this thread is about. Just glad to see it made good power. It would be nice to see it on maybe dunbars dyno for a more solid reference on whp but the track would tell us the real numbers.

Only reason I asked is because I'm running the same turbos. Again great numbers!

Thats really impressive. stock fuel, and not dyno tuned. What kind of torque numbers? So what kinda tune would you run for towing? Would a normal IDP street tune or spartan 250 be a high 500hp range tune?

Yeah, the SCT tunes were really broad, and solid curves. it made 663 peak. I liked it, but the H&S stock tunes were more powerful, 680, and I love the "shift on the fly" of the mini maxx. We tried the KEM tunes, and they didn't work real well with my setup. They only made 590 ish. Real clean, low fuel tunes, but again, no shift on the fly. Then we tried the KEMs on the street, and couldn't get it to fuel hard enough to get more than 35 pounds of boost, and it felt slower, so we loaded the H&S tunes, and rolled on the HOT DAMN tune, and this thing moves out smartly! I have found my setup.

Thanks to Aaron and the crew at Rudy's for getting me up and running. This thing is a total monster. The weather is crap, so I behaved myself heading back home... I'll post up some vids as soon as I can get er dun!

Oh yeah, the yellow F450, was a lemon, so I didn't buy it. Oil running out the tail pipe, multiple oil leaks, missing bolts out of the transmission.... not what I was looking to get into. I low balled them 20,000, and was gonna bring it to Aaron for new Tow Powers, and some ore work, but I wasn't gonna pay 25,500 for a basket case.... really liked that rig, except for the color, but it was immaculate, and I was very much so ready to buy it. Aww well....

Thanks for everything guys!

Thanks man! I will still tow with the MILD setting. I had good results and lower EGTS with that before, and I have no doubt it will still work for me. But, I might try to run WILD for a bit, and see how it goes. NO POWER was exactly that.... lol!

and add to that power 410 gears. It must just be insane rolling on the throttle.

It is completely out of control, just doing a roll on... I broke the azz end loose at 75 on the way home, just passing on the highway, in very light rain... I rolled on, and stayed in it for a second or two, and noted that it quickly spooled over 35 pounds, then 40, then sliiiiiip to the right! lol! ooops. Not what I was intending to do, but, I did dually note the action, and appreciated the power just a tad more.... lol!
