MPD put up some big, accurate numbers for the 6.7 platform.

It's simple, the numbers from before were inflated by a friendly dyno. Most of us knew that, some just didn't want to agree with that.

1600hp for a truck with zero testing and Judging by how it idles, very little tuning, is a lot..
Before today it would have set records and I wouldn't be surprised if it does later on.

It sounds like a backhanded compliment.. But no one should be disappointed, before yesterday I didn't think a 6.7 engine would survive a 1600hp dyno pull

I'm looking forward to seeing it perform in the rest of the event.

Awesome at least i know in 10 years when i can afford a 6.7 that i can make 1000+ hp pretty easy haha

I can see that. It just wasn't that long ago 1,000 hp was a pretty big number. And several trucks hit 2k+ but maybe like you're saying. Going in humble and exceeding expectations is more impressive.
