Post up your gas mileage,
tire size/rim size
if your tuned w/ or w/o DPF delete
And your driving route it being highway or city mainly.

I just got my 2013 white platinum crew cab last week so haven't really taken her on a long trip just yet to see what she can do. going to georgia next month and been debating the tuner route since my last truck (6.0L) was tuned and studded and etc. But i just can't get a grip on spending 1600$+ for a tuner! Someones gotta have the hook up ;)

Regards,
Ben Y

With the truck in my sig with factory sized tires the best I have been able to get was 17.8 coming home from Red River, NM. That was driving it pretty easy the whole way. I got 15-15.5 going to and coming from TS driving 80-85. I get about 12 in town.

psssttttt...this is the 6.7 section

Didnt catch that, but I am excited to see what you guys are getting. Lets include how many miles you have also, as those that are a bit more broken in seem to get better mileage.

Buddies grandpa started out getting 17mpg once he got ovwr 50k miles it started easing up to 20mpg. He said he is happier with it then his tuned 7.3. LOL

That's tuned right Matt? I get ~12.4-12.6 in the city in the ecoboost…and I'm thoroughly unimpressed.

I thing if you put GAS in a 6.7 it wouldnt make it a mile.

Yes they will LOL my old boss was on about a quarter of a tank and filled up with gas drove about 4 or 5 miles and it started to run like crap and he realized what he did so he turned around and drove about 6 more miles to the dealership. He paid out of pocket for them to drain the tank blow out the lines and fill it up with diesel (dealer told him if he did this they wouldn't report it and his warranty would stay intact otherwise ford would void it and he would still be paying for it out of pocket) and 10 thousand miles latter still runs like a top

My lie-o-meter is usually reading just around 16mpg for mixed driving. Not really city, but backroads and interstate. Mostly short hops under 20 miles. The lie-o-meter is optimistic by about 1mpg to hand calculated. So for mixed 'round about town I get high 14s to low 15s.

On a recent trip to southern Georgia which was interstate and 80mph half way and mixed light traffic with open country roads it got 18mpg (hand calc.) I think I must have had a tail wind or something as it never gets that good a mpg.

My fuelly average for the 1300 gallons this truck has burned is 14.3mpg.

I've also noticed that where I get fuel matters. Truck really likes the local BP where I fuel 90% of the time and hates Walmart fuel. Really wish this fuel tank wasn't so dinky so I could do longer trips w/o having to fuel in a strange location.

I (and several others) were hoping that SPE would release a MPG tune in their HotX tune, but as yet they have made no such announcement.

With 325.60r20s I would get 15.5 on the highway, When I went up to 37s it dropped to 12-13. If I get another 6.7 I will keep it on 35s even though my last truck was AWESOME looking with a 7 inch lift and 37s.

I'm usually averaging 15-16mpg running on 35s with Spartan tunes....I pull a 20 foot skeeter around everywhere and average about 14.5mpg and that's being somewhat nice to it!!
