6.4 rattle driving me nuts!
Since that video was taken, I have driven about 2k miles and it has all but stopped. I can still hear a hint of it at times but now that the oil has some miles it is much much better.- PSTROKED_SSG

regen frequency.. if anyone still has a dpf intact
I'm at 86k also with dpf intact(until Friday). In town i see regens @ 200 miles. Empty on the highway it will hit the 600 mile default regen.- PSTROKED_SSG

So earlier i ordered SCT9625or live wire and a delete pipe from Rudy's. I plan on deleting the egr as well next month when I get done moving to Missouri. Is there any harm in disabling the egr via the tuner with out the block off plates installed yet? Also how's everyone like there sct extreme...- PSTROKED_SSG

Don't worry about it big guy... Common problem when driving long distances in the rain. There's actually a TSB out on it. The problem is a design issue with the intercooler that allows it to collect moister in the rain. Some have had theirs replaced under the TSB and problem went away...- PSTROKED_SSG

Not diesel, but I spayed meth on my 9 second mustang gt. Not a bad way to lower IAT. Does an excellent job keeping combustion chamber nice an clean as well. But I would highly recommend going with AIS(alcohol injection systems) meth kit instead of the snow kit. Cheaper, better quality and...- PSTROKED_SSG

Good point. I was just thinkin if you just removed the screen you could put the ECM back to stock and it would just be undetected unless they pulled the DPF down.- PSTROKED_SSG

Anyone had any luck knocking the screen out of the DPF filter an turning it off with a tuner. As opposed to running a delete pipe and having to go through the hassle of puttin it back on to head to the dealer?- PSTROKED_SSG

just put to stock throwing code
If egt sensor was inplaced but disabled by a tune it might have went bad and didn't throw a code Because it wasnt monitored.- PSTROKED_SSG

As you Can see on the oasis that 8,000 miles ago(right before I bought truck) there was warranty work done due HPFP issues and a overfull condition, the top of the engine was went into then. It's been no time since ford performed those repairs, I'm just worried when I get it home some douch bag...- PSTROKED_SSG

So... Went by to check on my truck. Service manager says "you have deep valve train noise and we need to go into the engine" but, then tells me they don't want to work on my truck because it's not a fleet truck that thy sold. Handed me my keys and a copy of my oasis and tells me to get it fixed...- PSTROKED_SSG
