How not to ship injectors
OP - I totally get your frustration about these injectors. Shipping like that is sad and frankly disappointing as anyone that would box them like that should not be shipping anything. Call Johnathan Mears 502-817-7494. He is the Tech director for PPL. When we had this discussion here in the COTPC - we determined that we would let it run if someone built it. The rules in the 2.6 class prohibit you from running mechanical injection? I know there is nothing in the rules against it for the COTPC, PPL, NHRDA, or the NADM.- Hotrodtractor

They do tend to crack with high combustion temps (high EGTs) - but they can also make good power on stock pistons if you keep those temps in check - for instance I chose to make power with compounds on my LBZ - still rocking stock pistons at 130K miles and compounds of some variety have been on...- Hotrodtractor

You need Cam sensor, crank sensor, throttle position sensor, map sensor, rail pressure sensor, injectors, fuel rails and lines, CP3(s), etc.... rpm issue
S400 based pulling turbo (2.5" or 2.6" with some rules clarification..... they probably don't know that an OBS PSD uses a T4 footprint from the factory). Toss in some hybrids with 200% or 400% tips and go show them whats up. I bet the rule gets cleaned up and clarified in a hurry after you start...- Hotrodtractor
