    I have the donaldson m100465 on my 6.4 and I have the slightest drone at about 1300 rpm but it also has no exhaust noise really and it might have raise full throttle egts a hair. https://www.donaldson.com/en/exhaust/support/datalibrary/061237.pdf page 69 has dimentions and flow specs.

    I was always under the impression that a hyrdolocked motor will not turn over. Could be things have changed in the last while though. So I would also agree it might not be hyrdrolocked.

    +'05 axle conversion

    Yes on my 97. I have stock f250 rear blocks but i have rear springs from an 03. I'm not sure which code leaves they are. Front is about 2.5 inches lower than the back and the front measures around 22.5-23" from center of axle to fender. I'll try to get some pics for you.

    I believe I have the 4400's. At least i told them I wanted front springs from a 5.4 gasser. The front rides quite nice. You do want to be careful about what bumps you hit or how fast you hit them. I have no bumpstops and I think i've only bottomed it out once when i didn't realize how...

    I was always under the impression that a 6.7 was diesel. Could that have something to do with the noise?

    Larger bore master cylinder

    I'm not positive but i believe the 97 f250 have a larger master cylinder. And the hydroboost seems unnecessary to me. My brakes feel wonderful with factory vacuum and the valve on the side of the Master cylinder being modified.

    The front track bar mount is different on the 05 from the 08. I am running the 5.4 gasser front springs and have 285/70/17s with basically no problem. I use factory track bar and mount from the 05 and am not very impressed with how it works. My front axle is about and 1.5 offset to one side...

    Doesn't factory run a water seperator on the pressure side? And if I'm not mistaken there is no filter before the pump and I havnt heard of the stock pumps going out from dirt or water.
