6.0 mystery oil leak
The glow plugs can leak. So can the cam and crank sensors. Could be a gasket leak on the oil cooler. The leaks all end up on the bell housing. -

Post a link to the fitting please! Yes, you could just plug the port and install the pressure switch in the cap (or in the oil pressure test port if the harness is long enough). That said, the oil pressure switch doesn't even send any information to the PCM. It only connects to the instrument... -

05 No Crank, Scanner won’t Connect
A short at the EBP sensor can cause a "no crank". Have you checked the wiring there? If wiring is ok, then try running w/ it disconnected. Verify fuse F2.22 is seated properly. -

Rock Auto has the part listed as 3U2Z-14S411-ATA. Since it isn't crazy expensive, the dealership parts counter is the best place to go. -

3U2Z-14S411-CGC I believe Some people say WPT-231 is an alternate number (I haven't confirmed it). Remember it is a shielded circuit. -

Ford manuals specifically state that the rpm comes from the crank sensor, and to replace it for no sync and no rpm signal. Check the connector and wiring closely. -

No rpm signal is typically a crank sensor issue. When a crank sensor is bad, typically the IPR defaults to 14.4% SO you could be having intermittent issues with that sensor. -

There are quite a few posts about back flushing w/ hose water and compressed air (to provide agitation) as being the most effective way of getting rid of heavy contamination. -
