364.5 fmw and 205/75's

Does your 64.5 have the 70 or 74 turbine wheel? If it's the 74 to you should make similar power to a 366 but spool and daily drive better.

2013 Turbo Testing MPD HTT367 Info

That turbo won't be happy for long at 50+ boost. Might try a swap to a 1.0 turbine housing or gate it

AirDog ll 4G installed

Who's playing with Edge EAS sensors?

I've been running some EAS stuff on my truck for almost two years, problem free so far. I've got three 0-100 pressure sensors (boost, drive pressure, lift pump) along with the 0-5V universal watching turbo shaft speed.

BD Diesel 6.4 Tap Shifter?

Seemed fine. Downshift or up shifts almost instantly. Maybe 1/2 second delay, doubt even that.

Just got done with the install. Took about 2 hrs to do the tapshifter and exhaust brake module, including time for pictures. Was a super simple install. Everything was perfect, harnesses were perfect lengths. Initial test drive proved it all worked as advertised. Manual shift 1-5 no problem...

Turbo questions?

I've never heard of anyone having good success with the 1.25 a/r on a diesel application, the gas guys love it though. I think you'd be better off with a 1.10

I'll be installing one next week on an 08 truck, along with their VVT exhaust brake module. Said they have had them ready for a while for SCT and H&S tuned trucks, but trucks with Spartan and Edge were running into electrical interference but it has since been resolved and they will work on just...

Anyone running a different S300 based turbo?

Just depends on your budget. The 64.5fmw/73/.91 should spool great on a 7.3. Has the same flow as the 366, but the smaller lighter wheel can spool a tad quicker.
