    Tig would be best, I'm sure it's doable mig tho. Maybe take one of your old pieces of tube and try on it to get the welder dialed in. You're going to want 100% weld to keep it from cracking again I would imagine

    It was still holding down somewhat, I spun it about 1/2 turn and relieved the tension from it bottoming out on the shoulder, then she poped. Wish it would've blown out, then I woulda known the bolt was broken before I got and get everything ready to install! Haha
