06 oil leak near valve cover
It’s definately on the bed plate. It’s not the turbo feed, return, hpop cover, or cac boots. I replaced the glow plug harness about 6 months ago. One oring does leak, but it’s on driver side and I can see it. I’m almost thinking the valve cover gasket is leaking. I’m going to have to brake clean... -

Fired it up earlier today with no problems. Took about 1-2 seconds. After about 10-15 seconds idling, the low oil pressure warning came on. Gave it a little throttle, and it went away. Killed it and restarted several times and it never did it again. When I replaced the oil cooler around 1 year... -

Retrofitting projectors in 15' headlights
I used those for my 09 retrofit. I chose morimoto mini h1 projectors. I also added several leds and color matched the insides of the housings. They worked great.- Diesel625

2006 f350 lighting issue
Have an 06 dually. It has auto headlights and fog lights. The front parking lights quit working. The signals and headlights work fine. The cab markers, mirrors, and tail lights all work fine as well. Checked all the fuses related to, and even tried a new oem replacement switch. Bulbs are also... -

Cab bushings
I installed the daystar kit a few months ago on my 06 f350 dually. The kit is still snug and rides better. I guess anything would help compared to what was left of the oem bushings. -

Got an 06 f350 dually with the auto trans. The back up lights only work sometimes. They will work for 2-3 weeks, then nothing for a few more. Also, the range selector in the dash quit working. Any ideas? Fuses are good. -

Injector rattle
Mine did that as well with the ghead tunes I ran. The truck had 140k when I finally ******d it. It seemed to get worse when the miles piled up. I tried the tow, street, and hot street. I recently bought an 06 350 4x4 dually with 275k miles. The truck has been religiously taken care of on the fluids and filters side. I have already installed an oem oil collier after flushing it 6x, coolant filter, Egr ******, cleaned turbo, gutted the cat and ******d muffler on stock exhaust...- Diesel625

Got it done today. Ford oil cooler, egr ****** kit, cleaned turbo, upgraded the turbo supply and return lines, cleaned intake, made a few wiring repairs and had it running in 6hrs. Not too bad for the first time. Deltas run at 5-7 degrees and my fan clutch finally cycles as it should. -
