    Replacement injectors, rebuilt or new?

When I made my decision to go brand new instead of reman, it came down to the fact that my original injectors got me to 240k, and they were new from Alliant. With quality remans, I am sure a lot of miles can be had. I just don't think they are going to outlive brand new in pretty much any case.

    Baby Swamps Already Bad??

I would say you probably have some water getting to the IDM. Pull the IDM and check for water damage. As mentioned above, they are not too expensive and you can use one from any year 7.3L.

    S364sxe t4

You will need the T4 mount kit... https://www.dp-tuner.com/ford-powerstroke/ford-powerstroke-7-3l/turbo-upgrades/turbo-accessories/csd-turbo-mount.html And you will need to get a different exhaust housing. Such as a .91 T4 housing or a 1.0 T4 housing.

Need some advise on Smog in california.

The T4 kit and regulated return will be the things that will likely fail you. Really depends on the tech checking out the engine bay though. I have a 38R on my truck and have passed every time. You will need to hide the chip switch or remove the chip though. The link posted above is not a CARB...

    Power Struck Tunes?

You have a point here. Depending on how extensive the mods are, the tune may need to be a completely new one. We offer free reburns if the tuner was purchased from us, and the upgraded hard parts are purchased from us as well. We do it as a service to our returning customers. If the upgraded...

    no glow plug relay signal

An XPC PCM is a DPC-421, which does not have any glow plug monitoring capabilities. Those codes should only throw if you are using a California model PCM. This would be either a DPC-431 or DPC-451 (for manual trucks). Disconnect your chip, then go into Vehicle Info under the Tuning menu on...

    Sct livewire ts help

The chip will disable the tunes from loading. If you do get the tunes to load with a chip installed, it will likely fry the chip and/or the PCM. Pull the chip. Nothing goes back in it's place.

    T4 turbo kit

It is a 64mm compressor wheel, but different design. The standard BW housing (such as the one on your SXE) will not work on the Bell turbos because of this difference in design either.

It uses the same size exhaust wheel as the 364.5 you are running.

Thanks for reporting back. Glad you got it figured out. You may still want to get a hold of them and let them know the issue you had, in case others are experiencing it too. That feedback will help them with any bug fixes.

    01 7.3 keeps dying

You shouldn't get that pressurized sound if you have a stock fuel system. Have you touched your fuel pressure regulator? Ever check fuel pressure? If it was the wrong filter, you would know. The 7.3L OBS filter is taller and will not fit. Yes, 12.2v is not good, assuming the GP's had already...

    T4 turbo kit

The 364.5 and FSSB are about the same, dimentionally. The main difference is the compressor wheel and the bearings. Pius' compressor wheel was designed by him. He pulls out the guts and upgrades all of them when building a turbo as well.

Yes, please do. These are gaining popularity by the day, and I am sure you will not be the only one who deals with some sort of minor issue. We have found their tech support to be very helpful as well.

    7.3 cps constantly failing

I don't think that would cause issue, but maybe. Any little tiny fault in the CPS system can cause problems, as many people have found out throughout the years.

    T4 turbo kit

We still sell them. Both the HFSB and FSSB. The FSSB is very similar to the 364.5.
