    Dropped nut in the Valley

I'd look around the oil filter head too. Fish around with a telescopic magnet under the pedestal too.

    Truck Falls On Its Face.

My mistake, but the same rule applies. Just need to put something around the tube so that it can't crush.

    Truck Falls On Its Face.

Just take a 4" T-bolt clamp and snug it down in the middle of that 90* boot. It won't collapse anymore. Doesn't need to be more than snug tight just so that it can't twist on the boot.

    4r100 life question

Bought my truck in '11 with 24k miles and made one trip to south GA towing and tranny temps got to 225. Flushed the fluid, installed a Johnny Lightning VB and 26 row cooler. Ran stock injector/stock turbo DP tunes from 26k to 140k. At 140k went to 180/80's and a 38r till it crapped out around...

    Excessive Oil Consumption

I had the same thing happen to me. I'd burn a gallon every 150 miles. No leaks, no smoke, truck ran fine and started fine. Pulled injectors and replaced the o-rings. No change. Full Force told me in the most extreme rare cases that the injectors could pass oil into the fuel going into the nozzle...

    Which coolant....green or gold??

Best place I've found to get Rotella ELC concentrate is at Tractor Supply. Mine has it for around $15 per gallon.

    Why???

My block did the same thing. Split in a casting seam and was dumping coolant into the oil. Also had a main bolt fall out at the same location. My Pistons showed no signs of cracking though. This happened at 240,000 miles.

    7.3 towing power

The 6x6 wheel was superior in my 38r to the 11 blade billet wheel. My brother in law put a new KC38r turbo in his excursion with FF 180/80's. That turbo is flat out awesome. He's got the 1.0 housing. It's better than my 38r ever was. And I'm not hating on my 38r, it was a nice turbo.

    New turbo low boost

If you want a clean and cool running set up, definitely run Gear Head tunes.

    New turbo low boost

On stock sticks all the way up to 180's you should be able to tighten the WG down so that it doesn't open. I ran mine that way with my 180's with no issue and maxed out around 37 psi in my highest tune setting at the time.

    DP Tuner vs. PHP Hydra

So standard TS style tune format will work? There seems to be confusion on what "open" truely means here.

    DP Tuner vs. PHP Hydra

If Jody will still write tunes for a TS style chip, those will work on the Hydra.

    Coolant filter

If your truck is high enough, you could jack it against the bottom of your hitch receiver.

    Coolant filter

The best way that I have found to put the oil cooler back together is to lube the orings up really well then put the caps on either end of the cooler and place the assembly on top of a floor jack. In my case, I had a truck lift. I lifted it about 3 feet off of the ground. Put the floor jack and...
