    I’m waiting for my new KC turbo to arrive But I thought I would dry fit things up with the old turbo/new up pipes/ collector/pedestal etc. Seems the collector is about 3/4 of an inch away from the turbo (when mounted to the pedestal) So… I’m assuming when you start to slowly tighten things...

    OK fellas she is standing upright. Thanks for the help. I took the oil plug out and rested the sump on a section of rubber horse map. Propped up the rest with wood blocks.

    No nothing was loose I believe I nackered up the threads on that one bolt trying to get them out at the time. This was before I realized you can just take the 2 Nuts off each motor mount. [emoji849] Anyway the engine is out for oil pan/exhaust manifolds and new turbo

    1995 F350 Motor mount bolts. They hold the plates to the crossmember which accept the actual motor mounts. The nuts are oblong… They also appear to be some sort of lock not possibly? I’ve clean them up and I’m sure they will work but I think I’m just going to get some grade 8 7-1/6” bolts...

    Rebuild/only because I had the truck apart for various other reasons And also wanted to install the 360° bearing But I have since changed direction due to some wrong parts arriving Bought a KC turbo instead It’s only money right?
