6.4L 0-60 MPH Review at a Mile High

So for my Project Management course here in Colorado I have been working with a car blog called TFLcar.com (The Fast Lane Car) to help them get more traffic to their site. Of course being a car enthusiast it was a perfect fit project for me. They rarely do reviews of trucks and really have no...

Best Way to Mount 20" Light Bar

That looks great! The light bar sounds like it won't disappoint and doesn't look to complicated to get mounted up either. Do you just have it hooked to a upfitter switch or does it run through your brights?

Best Way to Mount 20" Light Bar

I'm driving back up to Alaska from Colorado next month and I was looking for extra spotlight power for those dark nights. I know I want to mount the 20" right in the middle spot on the bumper because it fits so perfectly. Whats the best way to attach it to the inside of the bumper? Does the kit...

    Dpf Pipe install

If you can spin a wrench and have the computer skills to log into this forum you could probably just do it urself. Did mine in a parking lot within 2 hours, with very basic tools. And 40 minutes of that was messing with uploading the tune.

    air bag compressor mount loactions

Passenger side frame rail. 90 degree drill. 4 holes. Solid as a rock. Larger 1/2" line and valve. Way louder and more responsive for the horns. Also put a Air Chuck inline so I can fill up tires. Probably not the best location for running to air bags but fits perfect.

    Will I get in trouble??

I know I've read many posts about bringing ur truck into a dealer with aftermarket parts and how they could void ur warranty. My warranties up so I don't really care that I'm all deleted but can they get you in trouble with emissions or EPA or anything? Just taking it in for axle work so they...

    Leaking Rear Diff- 08 F250

Yep most noticeable 35-45, could be carrier barriers. How would you check them?

    Leaking Rear Diff- 08 F250

Got the oil drained and replaced. Of course I didn't wait for the sealant to set overnight lol but no leaks so far. Problem NOW is that I still have this weird humming noise- everything inside the diff. looked great and I only had very small metal shavings on the drain plug so no problem in...

    Leaking Rear Diff- 08 F250

Thanks guys, picking up some royal purple and parts tomorrow. Any advice needed in draining and refilling the diff besides making sure the gasket seals properly? How much exact oil is needed?

    Leaking Rear Diff- 08 F250

Noticed a loud humming sound from the rear of the truck when I drove it after it sat for a week and I'm pretty sure my diff case is dry (no fluid on the ground but the bottom of the diff is evidently covered in old oil) Is there any recommendations on new seals or gasket sealer that should be...

    Lower it or not

Cooper Zeon XST 325/35/24's on I know you already know the rims Also these tires are awesome for how little of a sidewall they have. I'm on my second set of Cooper Zeons on these rims. I've gone rock crawling with them- camping spot was a little farther then planned, hauled 8000+ pounds with...

    Shop in Fairbanks, AK

Never heard of a diesel performance shop there and I've lived there most of my life. There's the diesel doctor which is an all around car maintenance shop, not sure how far they go on performance. You could probably try Seekins, the local ford dealership, and see how far they can go on...

Lower it. You'll like the handling - this is gasser shocks and no rear block

    6.4 General Discussion Thread

I just wanted to discuss how much I love my 6.4! Stock turbo, stock fuel, and 85,000 trouble free miles. I love working on it, I love riding in it, and I def love driving it! I still giggle to myself when I can get on it at a mile high and throw the tail end out with barely a haze coming from...
