    Sounds simple enough and too easy. Just need some hose and run it up along the frame rail somewhere. What are you guys using to plug the end on your intake? It's an easy job now that I really think about it, just need some hose and run it. Def want to stop that crap from going in the intake.

    Thanks. Yeah I got the dieselsite boots and installed them during the egr delete. Haven't tried the hairspray yet, but def gonna try it out when I get some spare time. I don't really like how I have the pipes pushed so close together right now.

    Just got done doing a full EGR delete and upgraded to diesel site boots for the intake. Now the upper hot side keeps blowing off. Cleaned it really well twice and it still pops at even 20 psi... Had to seat it extra deep to get it to stop, I've heard of people using silicone... how does that...

    I think that may have been it. I had it tuned all the way down while I was downrange fo the wife just to be safe. Just retuned to HD300 and let run for a minute in the driveway with no wrench yet. still have to run it up the highway to see the full effects. Hoping its good.

    Getting ready to do a full EGR delete on the truck along with new thermostats. Going to replace the coolant with zerex G-05. Just wondering if anyone has any tips before I get to it and what coolant is everyone using with good results. Thanks.

    Thanks. I'm going to grab a sensor tomorrow and swap it out. Really don't want to drop the tranny pan and go through that pain, but oh well guess some fresh fluid won't hurt the old girl even though I just did it just recently.
