Hey im selling a new pair of oem headgaskets with 20mm dowels, i was going to use them when i did my headstuds but ended up selling my truck.....$160 shipped!!

Sound like you have it figured out, i would check and see what kind of oil pressure is coming out of the fs 2500 just to make sure

Better ride?

the 5.4 springs have a rating of 4600lbs and that would lower my truck....it was think of the 5600 or 5200 lbs springs

Better ride?

Hey guys i have a 2006 ford f350 srw with the 6000lbs front coil springs(snow plow springs??) and it rides a little rough, i was looking into the 5600lbs coils and was wondering if that would help any?..wondering what f250 come with?...or any other ideas?

First 6.0 motor to tear down..photos

lower compression means less cylinder pressure but you can put more fuel into the cylinder making more power...it seems to spool a bigger charger faster.....less strain on headgaskets and studs.....im not to good at explaing it, so correct me if im wrong but thats what i know about it

I use the Shell Rotella T5 10W40 Synthetic Oil...my truck seems to really like it
